Our days are marked by tragedies, anguish and problems… there is not one place in the world that is not pervaded with afflictions of some sort. The Heralds of the Gospel are the response of the Holy Spirit, the response of the Church, for these days.
They have the happiness of being able to address the whole world, all ambiences, every home and all social classes, saying: “There is a solution for this world. The solution lies in sanctity! The solution lies in the practice of virtue. The solution lies in obedience to the law. What law? The law of God! It is a law that is much more valid than the laws of men. It is a solution that is immensely more valid than any political, social or even welfare solution. The solution for this world is called sanctity!”
Our Lord Jesus Christ said: “I am come to cast fire on the earth: and what will I, but that it be kindled?”

This fire is the fire of sanctity, it is the fire of virtue, it is the fire that uplifts souls and unites them to God.

The solution for all problems lies in this union with God. Unite yourself to God and all your problems will be resolved. Support this Work that seeks to bring a marvel to the face of the earth? What marvel? The Kingdom of Our Lady, the Reign of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the Reign of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

And, in this way, we will be together in Eternity, singing the glories of God.

They need time to prepare themselves to carry the Good News of Our Lord Jesus Christ to others. Project Specifications

CENTER FOR FORMATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PONTIFICAL RIGHT HERALDS OF THE GOSPEL REGINA CORDIUM HOUSE MASTER PLAN

1. AREA 1 – PUBLIC ACCESS AREA

MAIN ENTRANCE – 550 sq. ft.
Controlled entrance and exit for pedestrians and vehicles Public and Private parking lots and transportation system (Bus/mini-bus/cars/)

MAIN BUILDING COMPLEX 
This complex will be built in Area 1 due to its topographical characteristics and because its direct access to the outside.
The proposal envisions that all the main buildings will make up a uniform complex forming a quadrilateral with three sides being comprised of buildings and where the highest elevation will is there will be located a large church, like a “Cathedral.”
 
“CATHEDRAL” – 12,375 sq. ft. – Capacity: 1,700 persons seated
There will be rooms and supplementary subdivisions, including a “crying room”.

AUDITORIUM – 7,700 sq. ft. – Capacity: 1,500 persons seated.
In the same building there will be multi-purpose rooms and storage rooms. It will also serve as a theatre.

INTERNATIONAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY BUILDING 
Superior General secretariat offices Meeting rooms with various dimensions
 
HOTEL / CONVENTION CENTER –33,000 sq. ft. – Capacity, 1,000 persons
It will have the characteristics of a hotel for congresses with two-room apartments and meeting rooms with various sizes.
 
COMPLEX OF BUILDINGS FOR SPECIFIC USES
This complex will be located close to the main buildings since they will provide direct support in the organization and functioning of the diverse activities geared towards the general public. Since it will be the center of activities requiring the most communication with the outside world, and therefore generating more movement of vehicles and persons, it will be located outside the main square, between the latter and the main entrance.

2. AREA 2 - RESTRICTED ACCESS TO PROFESSED MEMBERS ONLY

ENTRANCE – 275 sq. ft.

CENTER FOR FORMATION / ACADEMY - 33,000 sq. ft.
This building will function as a seminary for the Institution. It will have the capacity to provide accommodation in a boarding school style with 300 individual cells which will have an autonomous life in relation to the other buildings of the Center. Therefore, it will include:

 
DORMITORIES – 5 Building / 200 persons each - 27,500 sq. ft. each building. Total area: 137,500 sq. ft. 
These buildings will function as a residence and workplace. Each building will have an autonomous life in relation to the others, and will be inhabited by persons of the same age group. Each building will have:

RESIDENCE OF THE SUPERIOR GENERAL AND INTERNATIONAL DIRECTORS OF THE INSTITUTION – 7,000 sq. ft.
This will be the residence of the Superior General as well as the place where the offices for the General Directors of the Institution will be located. It will also include 10 suites to accommodate special visitors.
 
CHAPTER ROOM – 1,700 sq. ft.
This will be an annex to the General Directors Building, to be used for solemn meetings. This building will also have additional rooms for appropriate social and administrative purposes.

PARKING LOTS
In the restricted area of the Regina Cordium Center there will be sufficient parking for all the necessary vehicles, including buses, mini-buses and cars. Each parking lot will be located relatively proximate to its respective building.
